All descriptions, images, and details regarding items are provided by the Seller.
• The Platform is not responsible for errors, omissions, misrepresentation, or inaccuracies in item descriptions.
• Buyers are responsible for inspecting items, verifying details, and exercising due diligence before bidding.
4. Third-Party Payments and Transactions
• Payments handled through third-party gateways are subject to their terms and security standards.
• The Platform is not responsible for payment failures, chargebacks, delays, or transactional disputes.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed as per the Platform's refund policy.
5. Liability Limitation
• The Platform is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or disputes related to items not in its custody.

• Maximum liability of the Platform, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the service fee paid by the User.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and report suspicious activities to authorities.
